Meet our Team!

Hi! I’m Jordan Allen, co-owner and speech-language pathologist at Empower Therapy Services. Originally from Southeast Idaho, I’m excited to return to Cache Valley and serve individuals and families in our community.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and Deaf Education from Utah State University and my Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Idaho State University. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan in both educational and private practice settings.

I enjoy treating a wide range of speech, language, and cognitive-communication disorders, with experience working with conditions such as aphasia and dysarthria. I am also a certified ADHD-Rehabilitation Services Provider through Evergreen Certifications and enjoy helping individuals improve the cognitive and communication skills that impact everyday life.

I believe therapy should be individualized, meaningful, and focused on the goals that matter most to each person. My goal is to help every patient feel heard, supported, and confident in their ability to communicate.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Brianna, and our two children, as well as hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

Hi! I’m Brianna Allen, co-owner and speech-language pathologist at Empower Therapy Services. I’m originally from Southeast Idaho and am excited to be back in Cache Valley serving our community.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and Deaf Education from Utah State University and my Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Idaho State University. I have spent most of my career working with pediatric and school-aged populations in both educational and private practice settings.

I have experience treating a variety of speech and language disorders, including Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and have a special interest in working with individuals who use Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC). I am also a certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist through Evergreen Certifications.

I am passionate about creating a supportive environment where children feel understood, confident, and empowered to communicate. I truly believe that everybody deserves a voice.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with my husband, Jordan, and our two children.

Hello! I'm Bailey Biddulph, a speech-language pathologist who was born and raised in Cache Valley, Utah. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Education from Utah State University and my Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Dallas, Texas.

Since becoming an SLP, I have had the privilege of working with children and their families. I am passionate about helping children build confidence and develop the communication skills they need to connect with the world around them. I believe therapy should be engaging, individualized, and fun while being centered around each child's unique strengths, interests, and goals. I strive to create a supportive environment where children feel confident, motivated, and excited to communicate.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family, fishing, crocheting, and reading. I also love caring for my little backyard crew, which includes 12 chickens and a bunny named Louise!

Hi I am Karlie Robbins I am from Hyrum, Utah! I attended Southern Utah University and Utah Tech University where I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Administration. 

I enjoy being outdoors camping and fishing in my free time! I am excited to represent Empower Therapy Services as the front desk staff and look forward to meeting you!
